Initial Consultation
This appointment is required for all patients their first time in office. We require this because we believe that the the doctor-patient relationship is a partnership. We want to work together to achieve each patients health goals. This time aids in setting clear goals and expectations to better serve each patient. This appointment is a time for each patient to meet one on one with one of our practitioners. During this time each patient has the opportunity to go over medical history, primary concerns, health goals, and general questions.
This time includes an exam to help our practitioners then create a Care Plan with recommendations that are personalized to each patient. This care plan is delivered virtually to each patient and follow up appointments are scheduled based on these suggestions.
An initial consultation usually takes about 40 minutes and 20-30 minutes for children.

We usually can get you in within the same week or the following week.

Not in office but we do refer out to places nearby that can do your order once your results are recieved we will review them and send you a recorded video with our overview. If you prefer someone else to to review them as well we can send them out for an additional fee.
